Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or equivalent
• Registered Pharmacist with valid state license
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Malayalam
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficient in inventory management software
• Experience in team management and leadership
