Education Requirements : / MBA

Work Experience Requirements : Accounting Graduate with more than 5-7 years of experience in Accounting / R2R.

Good Communication Skills.

Responsibilities :

Journal Entries, Month-end close activities, BS reconciliations Intercompany, Fixed Assets Accounting, GAAP Ledger Closing, Consolidation etc.,

Support to auditors, manage internal trackers, handling client requests etc.

Role Specific Skills :

• Should have good understanding of GAAP accounting principles and procedures.
• Requires the knowledge and ability to prepare Journals, Reconciliations and related reports, investigate problems and organize projects.
• Insurance accounting regulatory reporting experience or US GAAP / IFRS knowledge preferred.
• Ability to understand the significance of various activities in a statutory / GAAP accounting close cycle and deliver results accordingly.

Journal entries preparation, Balance sheet reconciliations, Intercompany, Prepaids, Accruals Etc.

Knowledge of Insurance Business is preferred.

Technical / Soft Skills

Good understanding of MS Excel

Working Experience in SAP / Oracle / Blackline etc.
