Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us find the best talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier candidates across various roles. As a Recruiter at Corporate Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our company's success.Key Responsibilities : Sourcing and Candidate Outreach : Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Actively engage with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Interviewing and Assessment : Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company.Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies and potential.Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and facilitate the interview process.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding : Extend offers to selected candidates and assist with negotiation as needed.Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.Candidate Experience : Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Gather feedback from candidates and continuously improve the recruitment process.Data Management and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights for process improvement.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a recruiter in a similar role.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.A commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Benefits : Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.A supportive and inclusive work environment.Employee wellness programs and other perks.How to Apply : If you are a motivated and dedicated recruiter looking for a new opportunity to make an impact, we invite you to apply for this position.
