About the role :
As a Residential Sales Professional you will play a pivotal role in representing our luxury real estate offerings to HNI / Ultra HNI Clients. If you have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential HNI / Ultra HNI clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / Ultra HNI clients and channel partners, including investors, high-profile individuals, and business leaders.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve residential sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide regular market analysis and reports to the senior management team.
- Track and analyze sales data, including conversion rates and revenue.
What You Bring To The Table
Extensive experience in the sale of luxury projects, new project launches, development of broker network and HNI deals.Proven 4- 10 years’ experience in ultra-luxury residential real estate sales, specifically working with HNI clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.What Really Wows Us
