Position : AGM / DGM - Machine Shop

Location : Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

Qualifications :

  • B.E. / B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience
  • Expertise in CNC, NC and Conventional Machine Tools
  • Knowledge of process and specifications documentation

Our client is seeking a skilled AGM / DGM to lead their Machine Shop. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial and technical skills, a background in CNC, NC and Conventional Machines, and expertise in process and specifications documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily Machine Shop operations, ensuring efficient and timely production
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and increase productivity
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Manage and support a team of engineers and technicians
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and handle process and specification documentations for them
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and implement new technologies
