Digital & ATL Campaigns
- Evaluate existing agencies & setup new agencies to drive consumer centric brand campaigns
- Custodian of start to end of campaign & ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements
- Evaluate plans and optimize for higher effectiveness
- Plan digital / ATL media spends & monitor progress of campaigns
- Define key success metrics & share regular progress of key campaign metrics
- Responsible to drive digital activation innovations
Media mix strategy
Playing a key role in deciding the right media mix strategyBeing updated on latest media trendsKeen to study media habits of consumer set and accordingly device a media mix strategySocial Influencer Marketing
Scale up KOL campaigns & make them an integral part of always-on strategyIdentify the right set of social influencers through local digital agenciesDigital Content Creation
