SUMMARY
As a Client Engagement Manager at LotusFlare, you will lead the day to day execution of a client project while building a trusted relationship with the client. You will lead the project team consisting of LotusFlare and client team members and guide them towards project execution and achieving overall project goals. You’ll work directly with clients and you’ll take ownership of the overall project and its deliverables.
You will have the opportunity to build on your proven leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and making a demonstrable impact. In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with other functions and delivery team members but also autonomously with little direction. Your superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills will ensure successful client projects and team performance. You would have a deeper understanding of LotusFlare’s Digital platform. The client delivery typically includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations incorporating LotusFlare’s digital platform and services. From there, you will implement those recommendations with client team members.
In this role you must have a technical background, time management, organization and have excellent problem solving skills. You must have a good understanding of project management fundamentals and must be comfortable communicating with senior leadership verbally and in writing within LotusFlare and also the assigned accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to lead, update, coordinate, plan and program manage project(s).Own the project plan covering all workstreams, delivery dates, milestones, inter-dependencies, gates, squads, sprints, chapters, etc.Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account(s).Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Own and update the project risk management matrix.Drive project execution technical track; track delivery, take ownership of change management, proactively seek and resolve blockers by working closely internally with product and engineering teams and externally with customerUnderstand LotusFlare’s Digital platform, system architecture and integration components and manage production releases, and project handover to our support and operational teams.Act as a key interface between the customer and the LotusFlare organization including product, engineering, support and business.Secure client sign off on certificates of acceptance, coordinate with LotusFlare finance on invoice generation and collectionsExecutive presence and excellent written and verbal communications skills. You will need to present to, and occasionally have difficult conversations with the client.Be a part of a Global Delivery Team, share experiences and evolve the project management playbook : simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideasTroubleshoot customer technical issues in real timeCreate documentation and develop best practices to help customers get the most out of using the systemREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record; Advanced degree or MBA is preferred5+ years of business, project management or consulting experience in a reputable companyProven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positionsDeep expertise in industries such as enterprise software, telecommunications and health care with specific bent towards digitizationSolid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development, product development, project management, marketing and / or sales.Outstanding record of academic and managerial or professional achievementExceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills.
