The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
  • Maintaining daily records of all financial transactions.
  • Entering journal entries into the system.
  • Assisting in reporting and audit related matters.
  • The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Partnerships / Alliances role, ideally within the Asset Management, Brokerage / Treasury / Securities Exchange and FinTech industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting / exceeding your targets.
  • You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
  • You have working knowledge of Scope – Generating Leads from Partner referrals and Sub-domains Key Responsibilities : Partner Acquisition : Identify and target potential partners, including financial advisors, wealth managers, institutional clients, and other relevant entities, to establish strategic partnerships. Relationship Building : Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective partners to understand their needs, assess mutual compatibility, and position our company's products and services as valuable solutions. Prospecting and Outreach : Conduct market research and prospecting activities to identify and engage potential partners through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms. Relationship Building : Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective partners to understand their needs, assess mutual compatibility, and position our company's products as valuable solutions. Onboarding and Training : Conduct onboarding process for new partners, including account setup, training on our systems and processes, and ongoing support. Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor and track partner performance against agreed-upon targets and KPIs, and provide regular updates and reports to management on partner acquisition activities and outcomes. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges. Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance skills and knowledge.
