The Job

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Specialists, Content Writers, and Social Media Managers.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Diversified Marketing : Explore and implement additional marketing channels such as affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, and events.
  • Budget Management : Allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • The Profile

    Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing a diverse team.
  • Marketing Expertise : In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative Thinking : Ability to think creatively and explore innovative marketing strategies.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Healthcare Industry Experience : Experience in marketing within the healthcare industry, digital marketing agency, or SaaS company.
  • Certifications : Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or social media marketing.
