Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients in the US AEC industry.

Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and .

Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.

Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive interest.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Maintain an organized pipeline and update CRM tools with lead interactions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or a similar sales role.
  • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to work in a US time zone (night shift in India) .
  • Prior experience in the AEC industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
