Position - Sr. Consultant / Consultant

Responsibilities :

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be specializing in leadership hiring. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and assess high-calibre candidates for senior-level leadership positions across various industries.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client organizations, their strategic goals, and leadership requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, job portals to identify potential candidates.
  • Engage and assess candidates through in-depth interviews,
  • Taking Care of End-to-End Recruitment for leadership roles.
