Job Description

The Sales Officer (SO) is responsible for managing non-BA counters, ensuring smooth retail operations, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers. The role requires effective stock management, ensuring product availability on shelves, preventing dead stock, managing VM material and regularly updating on sales performance and inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities :

Retail & Counter Management :

  • Open and manage retail Non - BA counters efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
  • Ensure brand visibility and proper product placement at counters.
  • Manage store visual merchandising (VM) and keep a check on the same.

Stock Management :

  • Ensure adequate stock levels at all assigned counters.
  • Monitor and prevent dead stock at counters.
  • Maintain accurate and updated stock reports.
  • Coordinate with retailers for timely stock orders and replenishment.
  • Sales & Reporting :

  • Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
  • Track daily sales and inventory movements.
  • Prepare and share complete stock and sales reports.
  • Identify and report market trends, competitor activities, and retailer feedback.
  • Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills :

  • Graduate – Any Stream
  • Minimum 1-2   years of experience in retail sales or counter management.
  • Basic knowledge of stock and inventory management.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently
  • Extensive travel is require in this role
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising and stock handling.
