Job Summary : .

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales professionals for a field-based role in Pune & Bangalore.

You will be responsible for managing the complete home-buying / resale journey for clients - from understanding requirements to closing deals.

You will drive revenue through property visits, relationship management, and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement : Conduct in-person property showings and consultations tailored to buyer needs and preferences.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Manage the full sales cycle - from lead qualification, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations to final closure.
  • Revenue Generation : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Channel Partnerships : Work with channel partners and brokers to source high-quality leads and ensure conversions.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Experience : Build lasting client relationships through a consultative and trust-based approach.

Note : This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel within the city for property visits and client meetings.

What are we looking for : .

  • Experience : 4-8 years in residential real estate sales or resale, with a strong performance history.
  • Track Record : Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Local Market Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Pune or Bangalore real estate market, with a robust network.
  • Mindset : Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about real estate sales.
  • Qualifications : .

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
