Overview of the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding and implementation of new clients across our global service lines, including Global Payroll, Entity Setup & Solutions, and Employer of Record (EOR). This role involves end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder communication, solution validation, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Onboarding & Project Management
- Lead and manage implementation projects from contract signature through to successful handover to operations.
- Organize and drive kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop & manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple service lines and countries.
Process Management
Coordinate scope validation activities and confirm client requirements against signed contracts (SoW, MSA, etc.).Liaise with in-country partners (ICPs) and internal teams to ensure capability alignment and resource availability.Validate local compliance and operational setup in collaboration with internal compliance, legal, and delivery teams.Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.Ensure timely and professional communication between sales, delivery, legal, payroll, and third-party vendors.Provide regular status updates and manage expectations through structured progress reporting.Documentation & Systems Setup
Ensure accurate documentation of project plans, client requirements, and decisions.Facilitate setup in internal systems, including entity master data, payroll platforms, and compliance checklists.Oversee transitions to operational teams and ensure readiness for service delivery.Desired Characteristics :

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or onboarding – preferably in global payroll, HR, EOR, or professional services.Any graduate or postgraduate.
