Job Description :
As a Business System Analyst 2, requires you to have both business and technical expertise and will need you to act as a liaison between the client and the technical delivery teams.
You will play a key role within the Platform Delivery organization - across many disciplines within the Software Development Lifecycle - including requirements gathering, documentation, design, and testing.

Job Description :
- Support client data onboarding (multiple vendors / sources).
- Maintain process documents and update them regularly.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand, define, and completely document business and / or campaign requirements using standard templates
- Understand system high level designs and map business / campaign requirements to functional and non-functional components of the solution.
- Analyze data quality to identify trend, issues and recommend changes as required.
- Create, support, troubleshoot, and deliver on client requests in support of the day-to-day marketing operation
- Support the functional testing effort of database enhancements and to ensure accurate on-time delivery
- Have effective client meetings, understand deliverables, and drive successful outcomes
- Support the team to improve delivery quality, repeatability, and on-time delivery
- Help in adapting best practices, standards and methodologies around business analysis and data analysis
Qualifications : Core Skills :
2+ years of experience in BA Role - IT industryUnderstanding of Requirements articulation to user stories, BRD, FSD, documentation and acceptance criteriaUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesUnderstanding of Data Models, data warehouses and data dictionariesUnderstanding of Databases and SQL ConceptsNice to have :
Knowledge of the CRM and Loyalty conceptsBasic understanding of marketing CRM, digital marketing, or marketing conceptsExposure to marketing campaign tools (Unica, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo, Responsys, Zeta, etc.), and ability to learn new campaign platforms.Exposure to data warehousing, data lake, and data mart conceptsExposure to real-time, API, HTML, or web technologiesref : hirist.tech)
