Roles& Responsibilities

Manpower Arrangement and Job Allocation, Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown Assistance, CMT machine basic check points & contact tip replacement, Co2 Coil Condition check & change

Absenteeism Management, engage In line For Station Process and Relieving till manpower Deployed.

Body Shop Ground Floor Bodies Management. Ok body FIFO Follow up and NG Bodies Clearance on time, Offline Monitoring and Problem communication to concern in charges, Pass Ratio, FTT & Ed Offline Hourly Follow up.

Managing operators related Issues and following for correction with Concern Team, Monitoring attendance, late coming

Educating New operators and On the Job Training, Operators multi skill development, New Project Training regarding Part description, Spec and Features

Innovation Project improvement and Innovation entry

Support ME team in Shutdown to implement project more success with zero defects.

Involving Safety Ambassadors in operators PPE Adherence and fulfilling operators’ safety requirements, JE Check Sheet Follow up as per Schedule
