Role :
The Manager, Client Services will be responsible for managing Indusface’s Client Services Group / Security Testing Group, while working with Indusface’s management team to service its world class product – Indusface WAS and Apptrana, engaging with customers, and partnering with the leadership team on overall business success.
Job Description :
- He shall act as a Subject matter expert on Penetration Testing i.e. application security assessment, mobile application security assessment, API security assessment, network security, etc
- Deliver key assignments
- Lead and mentor a team of security testing professionals
- Ensure skill management and retention
- Conduct training and awareness sessions within the team
- Conduct extensive research to continuously upgrade the QoS and coverage of test cases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective project management within the team to ensure optimum utilization and achieving SLAs
- Document monthly management reports
- Key client relationships
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor of Engineering. Higher education in technology related fields such as Computer Science or Management Information Systems would be an added advantage.Should have 8+ years of experience in Client Services for a software solution. Experience in Information Security would be a great benefit.Should have excellent soft skills : -

Preferred Certified in CEH, OSCP or other relevant certificates5+ years of relevant experience in the field of Ethical hacking / Security testing with minimum of 1 year of managerial role.Subject matter expert of application security testing, API security testing, Mobile application testing, Network security testingAbility to manage a teamEffective project management skillsExcellent verbal and writing skills
