Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in driving growth, revenue, and user acquisition in dynamic environments. You’ll play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to scale JacksClub.io and enhance player engagement.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop & Execute Growth Strategies : Implement strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Performance Marketing : Manage multi-channel campaigns (PPC, social media, email, etc.) with a data-driven approach.
  • Data Analysis : Utilize tools like Amplitude and Clevertap to analyze customer behavior, optimize campaigns, and enhance retention.
  • User Retention & Engagement : Create personalized marketing strategies and loyalty programs to improve player engagement.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product, development, and customer support teams to ensure marketing alignment across the platform.
  • Brand Strategy : Support brand awareness initiatives to position JacksClub.io as a leader in the crypto-gaming space.
  • Budget Management : Assist in managing marketing budgets to ensure high ROI.

Requirements :

  • Proven Track Record : 6+ years in marketing roles, with demonstrated success in user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge : Experience in crypto, gaming, or a fast-paced tech startup environment.
  • Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with tools like Amplitude, Clevertap, Google Analytics, and performance marketing platforms.
  • Strategic Mindset : Ability to contribute to long-term marketing strategies and execute them effectively.
  • Analytical Skills : Data-driven decision-making with a focus on key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Excellent Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
