Educational Requirements & Experience
Degree : A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is often required. OR Master's Degree (Optional but Preferred) : An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field can be advantageous
Around 3-5 years of relevant experience, currently in a customer-facing role.
