Reports To : Managing Director, Delivery Head

Role Brief :

Brillio is looking for a Delivery leader with a strong Technical background, who will shape and drive growth within the Technology Vertical. The position will require the person to focus on Engineering Excellence, driving delivery, innovation and growth bringing thought leadership across domain and technology. This requires the person to have very strong understanding and experience of Cloud, building Products, Platforms and Apps. Should have deep understanding of leveraging Gen AI to reduce effort in SDLC and as enabling features within Products and Apps.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a hands-on technical background and a proven track record in the same or similar level role in a well-established Digital Transformation, Consulting or Analytics Service Provider companies.

Demonstrable experience in the Salesforce ecosystem likely as a Delivery Manager for a Salesforce Partner

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, supporting technologies and solutions. High Proficiency in Data Cloud, Industry Cloud, Agent Force and Other SalesForce evolving technologies.
  • Natural stakeholder and client management with emotional intelligence; able to handle difficult discussions with confidence and tact. Passion for self-starting, hybrid roles. Expert in business use and benefits of Salesforce and CRM
  • Adept at working remotely, engaging with local and near-shore delivery teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Operational Acumen
  • Running profitable business as per the P&L
  • Key Responsibilities : Key KRA’s : Delivery Excellence, Revenue, Delivery Margin, Solutions, Customer NPS, People Attrition.
  • Own the SalesForce portfolio.
  • Drive GTM working closely with the Vertical teams and the CoE teams.
  • Drive growth for the SalesForce Account.
  • Own the Delivery for the portfolio globally and ensure delivery excellence, customer NPS.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders, build relationship and drive customer success.
  • Own the Delivery Operations for the portfolio including Forecasting, Delivery Margin, SOW, SLA and other operational KPI’s for the portfolio.
  • Build Talent and team for the portfolio and become self-sufficient.
  • Drive industry thought leadership in the Technology space.
  • Engagement with people and ensure the portfolio achieves the people goals of engagement and attrition.
  • Drive the presales and business development working closely with practice GTM, Solutions and CoE’s along with the Vertical Market team for SalesForce Account.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors.
  • Groom Engineering talent in the practice and drive superior engineering practices and standards in the organization.

    Candidates Must Have :

    14+ years leading experience in IT and very good experience in Delivery with a minimum of 10 years on SalesForce stack.

    Preferred domain experience Technology domain.

    Good technical background and ability to understand technical nuances with focus on Engineering Maturity

    Proven history of Technical and Delivery exposure, experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / Snowflake / GCP).

    Strong Project and Program Management capabilities.

    Strong Delivery Management experience, building teams, managing the P&L, driving growth for the portfolio.

    Good experience in Agile ways of working and driving delivery excellence.

    Good experience in building and managing relationship with senior client stakeholders.

    Strong people management experience talent development, coaching, career management, people engagement and someone who is a People Leader.

    Proven track record working across large cross functional teams in a matrixed environment.
