What success looks like in this role :

• Setting up monitoring, troubleshooting infrastructure components hosted in various cloud environments and Services primarily on AVS.
• Good knowledge on AVS Cloud services and Operations.
• Good knowledge on VMware implementation and troubleshooting for datacenter.
• Experience in Implementing and configuring HCX.
• Creating and managing VNETs in AVS private cloud.
• Configure and manage connectivity between on prem and AVS.
• Provide required level of support to customers and respond on reported issues within the agreed SLA s and act as a shift lead for team handling first / second level of support.
• Knowledge of Network and Active Directory integration.
• Knowledge on migrations from On prem to AVS, implementation and coordinates with the Client and other stakeholders.
• Automation of various processes and tasks using configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.
• Collaborate with teams and be the point of contact for customers and participate in regular cadence.
• Participate actively in knowledge sharing sessions to improve the underlying knowledge base of the team, helping them expand their breadth of expertise
• Excellent hands-on experience in Cloud migration Solution and Deployments.
• Responsible for understanding the business requirements, the standards / strategy and combining this into a detailed solution.
• Provides high level / low-level design in cooperation with the Migration Engineers.

• Implementation of best practices of Public Cloud
• Knowledge of Network design and Active Directory integration.
• Install and configure the tools that are needed to achieve the migrations.
• Automation of various processes and tasks using configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.
• Automation experience using Python / PowerShell
• Solution, Configuration and implementation of PaaS solutions on AWS / Azure
• Own knowledge sharing sessions to improve the underlying knowledge base of the team, helping them expand their breadth of expertise.
• Ownership of client on boarding journey, helping them understand the various processes involved and setup of the various systems involved.
• Responsible and accountable for required level of support to customers and on meeting / exceeding Service level Agreements.
