What’s the role
As a Functional Analyst – VIM you will be responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of the clients and stakeholders.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include the following :
OpenText VIM 20.4 or 21.4 Workplace, Indexing screen and Workflow Configurations
OpenText VIM Integration with S4 Hana, FIORI apps, Ariba and CIG
OpenText VIM Integration with Tax engines
Should have strong knowledge of all VIM workflows
Should have strong knowledge in VIM configurations (Document Processing (DP) doc. types, Process options, Role and Agent Determination, Invoice blockings, Approvals, Information Extraction Service (IES) and archive center)
Work with the Natural teams to achieve better collaboration & be a part of driving continuous improvements
Process Adherence, BC compliance and participation in Audits
Connect with Business excellence, IMIT, SOM and Project organizations to ensure collaboration and to add values to overall Shell business success
To drive initiatives within the Competency Centre for continuous improvement & business value maximization. Identify and work with Shell Staff and Vendor Partners on Continuous Improvement Initiative
Good communication skills across other Team members and stakeholders
What we need from you
We're excited to connect with candidates who possess the following qualifications and are ready to take on the challenge :
Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) & SAP Materials Management, SAP Finance - Accounts Payable.
2- 5 years of Domain exposure (in Accounts Payable) preferable (Service / Manufacturing / Oil / Gas Industry)
Experience in OpenText VIM and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solution implementations
Certification in OpenText VIM
Experience and knowledge in SAP MM / AP (Handling POs, GRs, SES, LIV and FI Invoices with Invoice posting / Blocking / Parking scenarios)
Strong knowledge of Workflow administration (Restart / Repair)
Strong knowledge of SAP MM-FI integration
Experience in upgrading VIM and Business Configuration (BC) and should be able to define the approach and strategy for the upgrade
