Job Summary :

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering direct patient care and is tasked with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in either their home or clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

Develop, implement, and assess nursing care plans.

Monitor clients' vital signs and assess their holistic needs.

Provide education to clients and their families.

Collaborate with physicians, staff nurses, and other healthcare team members from affiliating institutions.

Administer oral and subcutaneous medications while ensuring medication administration safety.

Document nursing care, medications, treatment, and procedures using the company’s Nurse’s Buddy application to ensure client safety.

Implement and maintain infection control protocols.

Perform various nursing procedures as necessary.

Conduct client assessment and reassessment using the company’s approved assessment tools.

Attend refresher training courses, seminars, and other relevant trainings.

Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications :

Licensed nurse from country of origin

At least 2 years of working experience as a Registered Nurse
