Job Description : Jigs & fixtures).

• Incumbents should have hands-on experience in Tool design, Tool selection & Tool validation for variety of components preferably related to the products of construction, mining & Earth moving equipment industry or equivalent components / industry.
• Excellent fundamental working knowledge & experience in the design of Jigs, gauges, templates & work holding fixtures like Assembly build cum Shipping fixtures, lifting fixtures, Machining fixtures incorporating pneumatic & hydraulic clamps, fit-up fixtures, fixtures for paint shops are mandatory.
• Exceptional knowledge in the calcistion of the machining cutting force,selection of the cylinders / clamps, knowledge about various suppliers of cylinders, pumps & other components required for the design, structural requirement for testing fixtures are required.

1. FABRICATION FIXTURES DESIGN (TACK WELDING AND FULL WELDING FIXTURES and

TEMPLATES)

2. MACHINING FIXTURES

3. ASSEMBLY FIXTURES
