Team Member - EXIM

JOB SUMMARY :

• Liaising with JDGFT on getting Advance Authorization / EPCG Authorization its amendment such as Value modifications, revalidation, EO Extension, Closure etc., & with Customs on Bond ? BG execution & closure.
• Liaising with DGFT / DPIIT on Project Import, Norms ratification / Restricted License matters
• EXIM Incentives , Benefits and its compliance / documentation management
• Representing Issues with the Government on EXIM and its allied matters & Interacting with Export Promotion Councils.
• Market watching / Global changes and Notifying Management on EXIM Matters
• MIS reporting

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

7 to 10 years’ experience in Exports and Import Management from mid to large sized companies. In the age group 28 to 35 years.

Full time PG in Commerce (or) Business Administration, preferably with Foreign Trade Management from a reputed institute.

REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE :

Knowledge on EXIM Policy, Handbook of Procedures, Customs Act, Customs Tariff, Customs Rules & Regulations

Keep abreast with Public Notices, Notifications, Circulars, Trade Notices, other notices being issued by DGFT, Customs, RBI & MoC&I, MoF etc., & advising related matters with its impact to the business.

Expertise in handling EXIM documentation.

Knowledge of international trade compliance requirements, ITCHSN Classifications and on INCOTERMS

Knowledge on FTA / BIS / EPR matters
