Position : Student Outreach and Placement (This is a full-time position, work
from home)
Job Description : As a Student Outreach and Placement executive, you will be
responsible for proactively reaching out to students, understanding their placement
needs and freelance assistance, and connecting them with suitable opportunities brought
by the team and the respective teams. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap
between students and the placement team, ensuring a successful placement experience.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to
understand and address student needs and provide quick solutions.
Requirements :
- Min 1 year of experience in a calling or customer handling role.
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Great listening and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening skills with a keen ability to understand student needs.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High energy levels and enthusiasm for supporting students' career development.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets and relevant software platforms.
- Commitment to student success and a passion for helping individuals achieve
their career goals.
Responsibilities :
Connect with enrolled students, understand their placement needs and careerpaths, Initiate proactive communication, and provide guidance throughout the
placement process.
Collaborate with students to identify preferred industries and job opportunities.Match students with suitable job opportunities and Freelance opportunities asbrought by the team or by reverse outreach.
Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Develop positive relationships and provide placement assistance to students byconnecting them timely with the right teams.

Think quickly and provide timely solutions to challenges.Maintain strong follow-up and accurate documentation.What work will you have to do?
Minimum 150 minutes of successful talk time with students per day.Make about 30-40 student communications per day to connect them to the right teamfor placement support.
Assist a min of 75 students in achieving success with time and the right connectionsmade with your team.
Maintain a strong database of students you connect with.Be able to give feedback to your reporting manager on gaps in the team process and ifstudents connected are not handled well after escalations.
