Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing creative marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth. As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the content, design, and development teams to create impactful content, manage social media channels, and analyse campaign performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your marketing skills to build brand awareness and connect with our audience across various platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, , and Facebook to drive engagement and awareness around Moodahead’s mental health initiatives.
  • Curate, plan, and manage a content calendar that includes posts, reels, and stories, ensuring alignment with Moodahead’s brand voice and psychological insights.
  • Analyse social media metrics regularly, identifying trends, refining strategies, and preparing performance reports to present to the marketing team.

2. Content Creation and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling, psychology-driven content, including visuals, captions, and interactive stories.
  • Brainstorm and implement content ideas for educational and awareness-building campaigns targeting Moodahead’s key audiences (e.g., students, young professionals).
  • Support influencer and collaborator outreach for partnerships that align with Moodahead’s mission, coordinating logistics and tracking deliverables.
  • 3. Campaign Execution and Management

  • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, and search engines, to raise awareness and generate leads.
  • Implement campaign tracking systems and tools to measure impact, gather data, and generate actionable insights, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and optimize paid ads, ensuring efficient spending and goal alignment.
  • 4. Brand Positioning and Market Research

  • Conduct market research to understand the mental health landscape and identify potential growth opportunities for Moodahead’s services and products.
  • Gather competitive analysis and industry insights to support data-driven decision-making for future campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Use psychological insights to help refine Moodahead’s brand message, ensuring a compassionate, professional, and relatable image.
  • 5. Client and Community Engagement

  • Engage with Moodahead’s online community, responding to comments, messages, and queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support the organisation of webinars, workshops, and live sessions, including promotion, scheduling, and coordinating participant feedback.
  • Assist in nurturing relationships with clients and users by creating follow-up communications and maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • 6. Data Analysis and Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, and user growth, using platforms like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Identify patterns in consumer behaviour to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies, leveraging knowledge of human psychology.
  • Generate monthly performance reports for each campaign, highlighting successes, areas of improvement, and actionable recommendations for optimising future efforts.
  • 7. Cross-functional Collaboration and Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with other teams, including content, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging across all channels.
  • Attend regular marketing team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing Moodahead’s impact on its target audience.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services.
  • 8. Compliance and Ethical Standards

  • Ensure all marketing content complies with ethical standards in mental health communication, maintaining sensitivity toward mental health topics and issues.
  • Adhere to privacy and confidentiality guidelines, especially when handling user data for campaigns or market research.
  • Participate in regular training and updates related to mental health awareness, marketing compliance, and data privacy.
  • Required Skills and Qualities

  • Educational Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Coursework or certifications in digital marketing , social media management , or analytics are a plus.
  • A background in psychology or behavioural studies is beneficial, especially for understanding mental health audiences.
