As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial analysis, reporting, and optimizing cash flow in a fast-growing property management environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting – Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Cash Flow & Budget Management – Oversee rental income, operating expenses, and financial forecasting to maximize profitability.

Accounts Reconciliation – Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, tracking revenue, expenses, and outstanding payments.

Lease & Payment Oversight – Manage financial transactions related to lease agreements, rent collections, and property maintenance budgets.

Tax & Compliance Support – Assist in property-related tax filings, compliance documentation, and financial audits.

Process Optimization – Identify areas for financial process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or property management finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations, ideally within real estate or property management.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar tools).
  • Detail-oriented & analytical , with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting , managing multiple financial tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills , with the ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders.
