Solution Architect - Sitecore

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead architecture, solutioning, and implementation for enterprise-grade CMS platforms (Sitecore / Optimizely).
• Provide end-to-end technology consulting across Sitecore CMS, Optimizely, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, and Node.js.
• Drive presales technical solutioning, including architecture blueprinting, proof-of-concepts, and stakeholder presentations.
• Engage with clients to understand business objectives and propose scalable, innovative digital solutions.
• Guide development teams, review technical deliverables, and ensure alignment with client and business needs.
• Act as the CMS / domain expert within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in CMS platforms, architecture patterns, and full-stack Skills :
• 4+ years of total IT experience with at least 46 years in Sitecore CMS or Optimizely.
• Strong experience with CMS architecture, integration patterns, and performance optimization.
• Full-stack expertise or deep CMS knowledge : Angular / React / Node.js with backend services.
• Proven experience in presales, solution design, client communication, and delivery oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be client-facing and consultative.
• Hands-on development and architectural experience is a Qualifications :
• Sitecore or Optimizely certifications.
• Experience working with global enterprise clients.
• Exposure to headless CMS architecture or composable DXP (Digital Experience Platforms).
• Previous experience leading large CMS implementations and migration projects.
