Job description

Experienced and highly motivated Digital Analytics Lead with deep understanding of analytics tools such as Adobe Customer Journey and Google Analytics, personalization platforms, and customer experience monitoring systems.

Experience in dashboard design with Tableau software or similar tools

Experience with any programming languages such as Java or Python

To lead a team of Digital Analysts by delivering analytics solutions for Web Applications. Work cross-functionally with marketing and technology departments to design and develop a comprehensive digital analytics framework for our clients.

The role will involve establishing KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing insights to improve the digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of digital analytics professionals and collaborate with marketing and technology teams.
  • Design and develop a digital analytics framework for clients.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of customer experience improvements on the website.
  • Own monthly global website performance reporting and provide insights for senior leadership.
  • Support ad hoc insights requests from senior leadership.
  • Develop and define digital campaign strategies throughout the campaign lifecycle (planning, testing, execution, measurement, and refinement).
  • Monitor, manipulate, and analyze data sets from varied sources to identify opportunities and make optimization recommendations.
  • Develop statistical models to support data-driven decisions.
  • Write and develop analytics tagging requirements.
  • Design and implement dashboards using Tableau or similar software.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in digital analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics or equivalent.
  • Expert-level knowledge in tag management solutions such as Adobe Tag Manager.
  • Experience with personalization tools such as Adobe Target.
  • Proficiency in at least one customer experience monitoring tool such as Tealeaf or Glassbox.
  • Experience and proficiency in developing statistical models.
  • Strong critical thinking, writing, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing analytics tagging requirements.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office products, including Excel and Access with pivot tables.

  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Adobe Customer Journey and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in dashboard design with Tableau software or similar tools.
  • Experience in building and leading project teams.
  • Experience with any programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Strong curiosity and passion for improving the digital experience.
