We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Manage budget allocation efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
- Analyze campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Looker
- Generate variants and hooks via small tweaks and editing via Canva.com
- Should be able to do edits, remixes of content on softwares and create creative adaptations using softwares like Capcut / filmora etc
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats
- Optimize ad funnels, landing pages, and user journeys for better conversion rates
- Generate reports with actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements :
A minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and attribution toolsUnderstanding of creative strategy and consumer psychology in ad performanceExperience with conversion tracking, pixels, and event optimizationsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectivelyStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong commitment and a sense of responsibilityRemote Role, 6 days working (Saturday mostly for reporting)
