Renewals Sales and Client Servicing Executive Responsibilities :
- Tracking subscription renewals.
- Sending timely reminders to customers.
- Outbound Telecalling to ensure that clients are renewing their courses on time.
- Helping the existing customers with upgrades.
- Keeping thorough records of all current and potential clients.
- Ensure achievement of Renewal Collection targets.
- Exceed defined monthly, quarterly, semi- annual and annual sales quota.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge about courses and clarify information wherever required.
- Engage with customers at various points (welcome calls, service / feedback calls, renewal calls).
- Building strong client relationships by offering superior after-sales support which includes welcome calls, service / feedback calls, renewal calls.
Client Servicing and Renewals Executive Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in business administration or an area closely connected to the sector.A Renewal Sales executive with 1-2 years of experience.Microsoft Excel knowledge.The capacity to perform well under duress.Strong time- and project-management abilities.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Capable of effective communication.Superior customer service abilities.Work Environment
