As a Client Engagement Manager (CEM), you will be responsible for identifying and building new business. You will be expected to Work collaboratively in a "team based" environment to reframe the client’s thinking and build consensus for Microchip’s solutions, co-creating value by delivering clients the freedom to innovate .

• Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to drive design wins to revenue at select target customers.
• Provide technical and business insight at every level of the customer engagement.
• Work closely with Engineers and the executives of the assigned clients and lead them on the most innovative solutions in Megatrends like 5G, IoT, Datacenter..
• The CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base.
• The CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies
• Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their customer’s products, market, competitive landscape, and internal organization
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
