Job Description : Position Overview :

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the High rise building construction project in the Chennai. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record in managing largescale construction projects particularly in High rise building.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning : Develop a comprehensive project plan including timelines resource allocation and deliverables for the airport construction project.

Budget and Cost Management : Establish and manage the project budget monitor costs and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Team Leadership : Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team including architects engineers contractors subcontractors and support staff.

Quality Control : Implement and maintain a rigorous quality control process to ensure that all construction work meets industry standards and safety regulations.

Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate or address them ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule.

Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders including the client government agencies and regulatory bodies.

Construction Progress Monitoring : Regularly monitor and report on project progress tracking key performance indicators and addressing any deviations from the project schedule.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all construction activities are compliant with local regulations and aviation industry standards.

Health and Safety : Prioritize health and safety protocols on the construction site maintaining a safe work environment for all workers.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

15 experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a specific focus on high rise building construction projects.

Strong understanding of airport construction regulations and safety standards.

Project management certifications (e.g. PMP) are a plus.

Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
