• Proven experience with Epicor upgrades, including upgrading to the latest version
• Expertise in IBMi platform and its integration with Epicor
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with both Epicor and IBMi environments
• Knowledge of Epicor modules, IBMi-based solutions, and system enhancements
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
