The Role

Assistant Manager - Destination Marketing Representative (Direct Role)

We are looking for an  Assistant Manager - Destination Marketing Representative  to join our Client's Mumbai team. This role involves crafting marketing strategies, managing PR activities, and supporting sales.

Work Model :  5 days Work from Office

Responsibilities :

  • Marketing Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each represented destination. This includes identifying target demographics, creating marketing campaigns, and executing promotional activities.
  • PR Management : Manage the PR Agency and have basic knowledge about the PR activities. Additionally, you will oversee press releases, media events, and press trips.
  • Sales Suppor t : Assist in sales activities by providing marketing collateral, conducting market research, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Budget Management : Manage the marketing and PR budget allocated for each destination, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
  • Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation of marketing strategies.
  • Reporting : Prepare regular Sales & Media reports (In collaboration with sales + PR Team)on the performance of marketing, PR, and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ideal Profile

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing, PR, or sales within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp and similar tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Knowledge of international destinations is a plus.
