As a Business Analys Senior Specialist – Risk Management, you will play a key role guiding the customer in the creation and validation of the Business Configuration of the Service / product by facilitating joint workshop and continuously working ready the Business Configuration of the Customer Solution for production solution / service go -live. Create and maintain course material and execute courses for the customers staff, including course administration and planning.

We are now looking for a Business Analys Senior Specialist to strengthen the Business Configuration and Training team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for driving and execute Business Configuration and Training to our external clients.

With this position we offer

The Client Success team is responsible for Business Configuration and Training services to Nasdaq’s clients. In this role your responsibilities will be to guide and help our clients during the Business Configuration activities. The objective of a Business Configuration is to guide clients to configure their business rules in Nasdaq systems and support them through the whole delivery projects. Training will cover functional usage of our systems and prepare clients for test activities in delivery projects and production. For this purpose, we facilitate, build, and develop training courses. We perform classroom training at Customer location and remote sessions.

Your responsibilities will be :

You will work cross-functional teams across the globe, delivering Training services to world-leading Market Infrastructure Operators and New Markets. You will be responsible for the Business Configuration and Training activities, prepare to travel on-site to our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong expert team delivering Training services to our international clients. You will work with and learn from domain experts and can tackle more responsibility and progress within the team. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Stockholm, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Lead / facilitate Business Configuration workshops to support clients to configure Risk and Pricing models such as SPAN and Value at Risk.

Develop and maintain courses and training material.

Collaborate across different teams

Be involved in requirement discussion.

We expect you to have :

Ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients and internal stakeholders

A strong inner drive and motivation, growing in a high pace environment.

Ability to embrace sophisticated solutions and concepts and transform them into user-friendly material.

Education Qualification : A degree in Mathematics, Financial Business, or related field.

It would be great if you have :

Knowledge in RISK models such as SPAN and Value at Risk.

Experience of financial industry.

Technical experience / interest, perhaps working as Functional Tester or Business Analyst.

Experience in presentations / public speaking.
