Job description
  • Lead the global Workday implementation project, end to end.
  • Collaborate closely with People Operations, PSS, Technology, and other key stakeholders to align the project with strategic business needs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, ensuring clear milestones, risk management strategies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to gather requirements, standardize workflows, and ensure seamless integration of country-specific needs.
  • Drive Governance; Ensure alignment and signoff on final design. Well documented and reviewed processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Tech-Ops, Stakeholders, and process designers to streamline and provide inputs on time and compliant with milestone conditions.
  • Oversee change management and adoption strategies, ensuring a smooth transition and driving user engagement across all regions.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with the new company TOM strategy.
  • IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE :

    • Proven experience in managing enterprise-wide system implementations, Process Design / Process Improvements and Documentation.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and global teams, working across multiple time zones.
    • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
    • Skilled in project management methodologies (PMP), with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work in a cross functional environment and translate their requirements into WD functionality. - Ability to manage complex projects and multiple deadlines and dependencies. - Strong analytical and co-ordination skills. - Exceptional communication and ability to build strong relationships and partner with key internal stakeholders. - Experience in driving process changes. - Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams. - Experience of running change programs / transformation programs and driving adoption. - Proven ability to manage upwards
