Essential Skills The candidate must have prior work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, FEMA, Transfer Pricing, MS Office, and expertise in Excel, and Tally ERP. Should also have knowledge of Fund Accounting, Business Valuation.
Description The Senior Accounts Officer will have the following responsibilities that will include :
- Collect, interpret, and review financial information. Predict future financial trends and advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
- Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
- Preparation and submission of annual financial statements according to the Accounting Standards – “Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a / c, Balance Sheet and other financial reports” for annual audit and send it to the CFO by 10th February of next year.
- Assist the CFO in the preparation of an annual business plan for the company which includes projected P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow, capital expenditure approvals, and overall budget presentation
- Prepare and finalize monthly Profit and Loss Accounts
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Handle direct and indirect taxation related matters in India
- Maintain a checklist of statutory compliance, and ensure online payment and submissions for GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ROC & other statutory compliance. Ensure filing of return for the above.
- Knowledge of International Taxation, DTAA, and all tax-related issues involving Group Company
- Compliance under FEMA Rules and Regulations for Foreign Direct Investment / Overseas Direct Investment
- Forex Management and Foreign Exchange Gain / Loss.
- Plan and prepare Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, or any other audit. Coordination with Auditors and answering their queries.
- Preparation & presentation of data in the required format as per Transfer Pricing provisions. Coordinating with the Transfer Pricing Consultant in getting the required Certificate required for submission to the Income Tax department
- Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for the use of the CFO.
- Projects Profitability Analysis on monthly basis. Preparing Domains Profitability Statement on monthly basis.
- Assist the Business Development team on taxation matters related to bidding different proposals from different MSC entities.
- Pricing / Structuring of Cost Sheets for the Service Industry for determining Billing Rates for Human Resource
- Prepare financial budget for proposal submission under the bidding process
- Project Report finalization for all projects
- Oversee the financial operations of the company and ensure timely and 100% accurate financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers, etc.
- Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets, develop financial reports, and make recommendations to the CFO on budget expenditures on a need basis.
Requirements
Qualifications :
A Chartered Accountant or a MBA in Finance or any other relevant professional qualification in line with the areas of specialization.
