Position Title : Financial Administrator

Location : Remote

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Financial Administrator who can confidently handle day-to-day financial tasks, maintain accurate records, prepare insightful reports, and make sure we’re fully compliant with local regulations. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to make a real impact, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do :

  • Financial Reporting : You’ll prepare and share financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections—timely and with precision.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting : Work with the team to build budgets, keep track of expenses, and analyze any differences.
  • Accounting Operations : Oversee accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure we’re compliant with Indian financial and tax regulations (like GST and TDS), and help manage statutory filings.
  • Audit & Control : Partner with auditors, support internal controls, and conduct regular checks to keep everything accurate and transparent.
  • Cash Flow Management : Monitor cash flow, handle banking relationships, and manage fund transfers.
  • Process Improvement : Spot areas where we can streamline or automate financial processes and make recommendations to boost efficiency.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Education : A bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or similar. CA or CPA certification would be a big plus.
  • Experience : You bring 4-8 years of experience in financial administration, ideally in the tech industry.
  • Technical Skills : You’re comfortable with financial software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar) and know your way around advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of Regulations : Familiar with GST, TDS, income tax, and local financial requirements.
  • Soft Skills : Attention to detail, analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.
