What do we offer :
Personal Banking & Wealth Data team manages the implementation of best-in-class data quality measurement programs across globe in personal banking and wealth management business and offers enterprise level data management solutions. Currently we are looking for SME’s who can lead data ownership program.
Data Owner is responsible for
- Establishing and managing data strategies, target state and define data controls throughout data life cycle
- Defining enterprise level data domains, taxonomy and data classification
- Defining data ownership procedures and enforcing data standards.
- Setting up data usage framework like access controls, usage, sharing and defining purpose of data, data retention guidelines
- Identifying critical data elements and define data ownership (Technical / Business etc)
- Reviewing data concerns and developing data remediation strategy
- Certifying data based on fit for purpose and ensuring data meets the data consumer requirements.
- Ensuring all data is compliance with Global and local laws and regulations as applicable.
- Guide data stewards in implementation of data governance policies and data operating model
Expertise required :
Requirements gathering from Data consumer on data requirements ( specific details - complete, timeliness and accuracy specifications)Define data controls requirementsDocument purpose of the data usage and data sharing agreementsAbility to understand meta data – lineage, definitions and trusted data sourcesAbility to search and consolidate critical data elements information in meta data toolsReview meta data and highlighting gaps in meta dataConsolidating Data Concerns for each use case or projectPerform / Validate root cause analysisDrive remediation strategy and collaborate with technology / data stewardsTracking KPI’s progress for critical milestonesDocumentation of in scope / out of scope of data requirements for use casesTools and Platforms
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint , Visualization toolsDomain Skills
Good understanding of
