The Role
Responsibilities :
- Identify New Business Opportunities : Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry in the USA and Canada. Develop and implement strategies to target these prospects.
- Build Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Lead Generation : Generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
- Lead Nurturing : Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel. Provide relevant information and follow-up to keep leads engaged.
- Sales Process Management : Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and strategies.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
- Evening Work : Since our clients are based in the USA / Canada, be prepared to work evening hours to accommodate different time zones.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Representative, preferably working for a digital marketing agency and / or SaaS company.
Skills :
Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proven track record in B2B sales.Knowledge of digital marketing services and strategies.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Strong organizational and time management skills.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the healthcare or SaaS or marketing industry is a plus.Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Language Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.What's on Offer?
