- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce features, best practices, and industry trends to provide valuable insights for optimizing the platform's performance.
- Participate in e-commerce-related and other projects, providing expertise and guidance on process improvements and implementation strategies.
- Create and execute business scenarios (verification) for the solution developed
- Produce key deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the project, for IT use as well as for business owners, such as solution proposals, user acceptance test plans, dependency matrices
- Works with the project manager / Scrum master / project coordinator to define and clarify the requirements for the software to deliver.
- Provide technical support during UAT and go live. Use defect tracking system and follow resolution of defects
- Level 3 support to production issues for assigned appications within defined SLA
about you
Based on the Agile methodology, develop and precise user stories along with business & IT teams.Prioritize requirements based on relative business value and technical complexity
Support all analysis and design activities, and closely work with all stakeholders, including architects, development team, testing team and business teamsPrepare functional specifications documentation and help establishing the technical documentationWork with developments teams on all the topics around integration with applications, security, development, testing, etc…Enhance the Agile maturity of the team and improve the velocity.
Establish tests books based on both IT performance and users journeys. Provide UAT support.Establish Run preparation strategy : SLA definition, incident and change management, security, DRP, etc…Lead project review meetings
