Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and resultsdriven Debt Manager to oversee and manage our secured and unsecured loan portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt management excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the collection and recovery process for secured and unsecured loans.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize defaults and maximize recovery rates.

Analyze portfolios to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Lead and mentor the collection team to achieve targets effectively.

Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely repayment.

Prepare and present reports on collection performance and recovery strategies.

Key Requirements :

Experience : Minimum of 4 years in debt management or a similar role.

Product Knowledge : Expertise in both secured and unsecured loans.

Strong analytical skills and a resultsoriented approach.

Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution.
