about the role

key result / decision areas (outcomes)

  • Act as Solution Expert for design and built of Paloalto Prisma SDWAN
  • Understand complex design of SDWAN setup & also solution suggested as per customer requirement.
  • Plan, Transition, Transformation, Green field / organic growth deployment and support - SDWAN Products -Prisma SDWAN
  • Prepare Site Requirements, High Level, and Low Level Design & Acceptance test plan documents for all the assigned projects.
  • Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on different SDWAN setup / design & Product features.
  • Lead all project activities end to end ( including HOTO) from project delievery prospective for entire SDWAN solution.
  • Coordinate with different SDWAN vendors, partners and service providers as and when needed
  • Provide training to operations team (L1 / L2) & Support operation Manager to setup service delivery process. Strong communication skills as they will be the first level of escalation once cut-overs are completed.
  • Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products. Good understanding of a variety of WAN transports including MPLS, DIA, LTE
  • Utilize moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve project implementation problems. Support in building setup for customer DEMO / POC.

about you

Experience

  • 8-10 years of related experience in Customer facing Organization from the SI / Telco domain.
  • Deep understanding of TCP / IP and advanced knowledge of LAN / WAN technologies, expertise with general routing / switching, Routing protocols (e.g BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), branch, and DataCenter Architectures
  • Hands on Experience in Design and Deployment of SDWAN (Green filed / Brown filed ) and integration support with existing Infrastructure.
  • Good Conceptual understanding (Architecture / Components / Deployment use cases / Integrations) of the Prisma SDWAN Solution
  • Mandatory Design and Deployment experience on Prisma SDWAN platform- High availability,AAA,Routing, Stack policies. Security policies.
  • Prisma SD-WAN CloudBlades, Third-Party Integration, and Virtual ION Deployment.
  • Zscaler CloudBlade integration both IPSec and GRE tunnels
  • Prisma Cloud integration for AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions and tunneling protocols -IPSEC, GRE, PKI & SSL / TLS, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience with MFA -2FA, RADIUS, LDAP, AD, tokens etc
  • Knowledge of Certificate Management, SD-WAN Architectures and providers, and PAN-OS
  • Working knowledge of Security services (IDS / IPS, Firewalls etc.)
  • Virtualization experience (AWS, Azure, VMWare, OpenStack)
