Job description

We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support UK clients with daily administrative and operational tasks. You’ll work remotely from India during UK business hours and assist with inbox management, scheduling, data entry, document formatting, and more.

Working Hours :

1 : 30pm – 10 : 30pm IST (Indian Standard Time)

Corresponds to 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm UK time

Note : Working hours may vary slightly based on individual client requirements. Full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing emails (organising, responding, forwarding)

Calendar management and appointment scheduling

Creating and formatting documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Data entry and CRM updates

Online research and report preparation

Organising digital files and folders (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox)

Supporting general admin and follow-up tasks

Required Skills & Experience :

Excellent written & spoken English (7+ / 10 fluency)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Familiar with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, MS Office

Previous experience as a VA or admin (preferred but not essential)

Professional attitude and self-driven work ethic

Reliable internet and access to laptop / PC
