Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, identifying and nurturing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Daily tasks will include lead generation, market analysis, customer service interactions, and effective communication with potential clients to drive business growth.

• Proven experience in Lead Generation and building client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
• Strong knowledge on Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and other similar platforms as well
