Education
Responsibilities
o Design and develop interactive e-learning modules and video-based content for compliance and mandatory training programs.
o Ensure that content aligns with regulatory requirements and enhances knowledge retention and employee engagement.
o Work closely with other instructional designers and stakeholders to create effective e-learning modules.
o Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality learning materials while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
o Partner with SMEs to gather relevant information and develop accurate storyboards.
o Continuously collect feedback from stakeholders and learners to iterate on and improve content.
o Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
o Apply instructional design theories to design and create interactive and effective e-learning courses.
o Utilize authoring tools like Storyline 360, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, as well as design tools such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator to integrate multimedia elements (videos, graphics, animations, etc.)
o Ensure that content adheres to established storyboards and scripts, maintaining instructional integrity and alignment with learning objectives.
o Leverage AI tools like Synthesia and NaturalReader to create engaging multimedia content (e.g., voiceovers, videos, and images)
o Develop quizzes, assessments, and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and ensure objectives are met.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest e-learning trends and emerging technologies.
o Collaborate with the team to continuously innovate and enhance learning solutions, improving learner engagement and course effectiveness.
o Foster a team-oriented environment by working closely with colleagues to produce cohesive, high-quality e-learning content.
