Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating sales leads, and closing sales. The individual will engage with customers to understand their needs and purpose relevant solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining sales records and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills (English, Hindi & Telugu)
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the marketing or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
