Role : OMP Supply chain

Notice Period 30 Days Max

Location : Pune / Nagpur (Office location)

Remote will work

Looking for 10+yrs of Profile

Need strong candidate with "OMP Supply chain Consultant"

  • Basic OMP Tool knowledge
  • Coordinate with OMP for PAK Implementation
  • Planning and execution of PAK with cross functional team
  • Conduct DRR calls, Compose install instructions
  • ADC configuration

Key Responsibilities :

  • You will ensure end to end planning and coordinated communication between all scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle (Release Planning, Release Team Meetings, Feature Integration, and Program Increments)
  • You are responsible for release Change Control, leading technical installations, and tracking of software versions and configurations.
  • You will ensure effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders
  • You will ensure project commitments are being consistently planned, integrated, and met across Platform and Product Managers, scrum masters and shared teams.
  • You will remove impediments impacting cross scrum and shared teams.
  • You will drive the process, cadence and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams, not individual scrum teams
  • Plan Feature Integration / Program Integration reviews with stakeholders
  • You will protect the teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters, not scrum team members.
  • You will support risk management and mitigations
  • You will serve as a communication liaison between the scrum masters and shared teams, Product managers and stakeholders
  • Required Experience :

  • Experience as a project manager or product engineer
  • Demonstratable experience in big program implementations where multiple applications are involved
  • Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business / functional knowledge, and end to end understanding of Supply Chain processes
  • Supporting stakeholders, colleagues, peers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle, to help them understand your release plan
  • Solid experience with system integration to connect, enhance, and automate our business processes.
  • Expertise in business processes within Plan / Source / Make / Deliver
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Experience managing projects using J&J (Johnson & Johnson) SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC))
  • 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations
  • Certification in areas of expertise
  • Required Skills :

  • First rate communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written, and the ability to influence non-technical and technical staff
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams, with the ability to adapt and compromise
  • Ability to work at both macro and micro level as appropriate to the audience
  • Result orientation and sense of urgency
